Como fazer panquecas?

Materiais para panquecas

2 chávenas de leite

2 ovos

1 colher de chá de açúcar

3 chávenas de farinha

1 pacote de baunilha

1 maço de fermento em pó

Óleo líquido para utilização durante a cozedura. Se você tem um teto adequado, você pode não precisar de todo.

20 ou 25 panquecas são produzidas a partir destes materiais. Parece muito, mas vamos manter as porções pequenas. será mais espessa e menor, não mais fina e mais ampla.

Vamos começar a fazer panquecas!
Primeiro, você vai bater os ovos, sal e açúcar. Não precisas de uma misturadora, um simples batedor de fio vai fazer - te bem. Não há necessidade de bater o ovo por tanto tempo, basta agitá-lo rápido por alguns minutos. Depois adicione o leite e misture. Adicione a farinha, o fermento em pó e a baunilha e misture-a até não apresentar grumos. Mas deve haver uma consistência mais escura do que a massa do bolo. Tem de ser que, quando entrar em contacto com a panela quente, não se espalhará, terá uma espessura.

Lubrificar ligeiramente a panela com uma escova. Coloque a panela no forno e deixe-a aquecer bem. Despeje a mistura de bolo que você começa com uma pequena concha na panela a partir de um único ponto. Não andes pela concha, por isso está no tecto. E não tentes diluir a massa.

Após 1-2 minutos, você vai ver pequenas bolhas de ar formando em cima dos cupcakes. Quando o ouro for cozinhado o suficiente, essas bolhas explodirão uma a uma. Quando as explosões escasseiam, sabes que está na hora de dar a volta.

Cozinhe o outro rosto por 2-3 minutos e servir. Continue até que a mistura do bolo esteja pronta. Quando estiverem prontos, decidam como comer as panquecas. Vai bem com pequenos-almoços doces e salgados. Mesmo com a fruta.
