Hvor er Alexandria fyr?

En av de syv underverkene i verden, Alexandria Lighthouse ligger i Alexandria, Egypt. Alexandria er den nest største byen på Egyptens middelhavskyst.

Byen Alexandria ble oppdaget og grunnlagt av Alexander Great på 382 B.C. Byen er oppkalt etter Alexander Great, som også er grunnleggeren.

Byen er kjent for sitt store bibliotek, som ligger utenfor strukturen til de syv underverkene i verden, kalt Alexandria fyrtårn. Alexandria er en svært viktig by når det gjelder turisme i dag.

Historie om Alexandria fyrtårn:

Grunnleggeren av Alexandria, Alexander den Store, måtte forandre Egyptens land etter å ha mistet livet. Deretter har befolkningen i regionen økt sin handel med grekerne betydelig. Av denne grunn var det behov for et meget stort fyr.

Dette er den svært strålende historien til fyret i Alexandria, og dermed begynte. Konstruksjonen av dette flotte fyret begynte i tiden av Batlamyus.

Siden Alexandria fyrtårn var stort, kunne det ikke være ferdig i Batlamyus perioden, og lyktens konstruksjon ble fullført etter at sonen til Batlamyus begynte å begynne.

Etter ødeleggelsen av fyret med mange naturkatastrofer oppstod i 1408, bygde Sultanen av Mamluk, fyrtårnets rekord, en festning i denne regionen.
