Matériaux pour les crêpes

2 tasses de lait

2 oeufs

1 cuillère à café de sucre

3 tasses de farine

1 paquet de vanille

1 paquet de poudre à pâte

Huile liquide à utiliser pendant la cuisson. Si vous avez un adapté plafond, vous ne pouvez pas besoin du tout.

20 ou 25 crêpes sont produites à partir de ces matériaux. Ça fait beaucoup, mais on va garder les portions petites. il sera plus épais et plus petit, pas plus mince et plus large.

D'abord, vous battrez les œufs, le sel et le sucre. Vous n'avez pas besoin d'un mixeur, un simple fouet vous fera du bien. Huiler légèrement la poêle avec un pinceau. Placer la poêle dans le four et la laisser bien chauffer. Verser le mélange à gâteau que vous obtenez avec une petite louche dans la poêle partir d'un seul point. Ne marchez pas autour de la louche, donc c'est dans le plafond. Et n'essaie pas de diluer le fric.

Après 1-2 minutes, vous verrez de petites bulles d'air se former sur les cupcakes. Quand l'or est assez cuit, ces bulles exploseront une par une. Quand les explosions tombent, il est temps de faire demi-tour.

Pour cuire l'autre face pendant 2 à 3 minutes et servir. Continuez jusqu'à ce que le mélange à gâteaux soit terminé. Quand ils sont tous prêts, tout le monde décide comment manger vos pancakes. Il se marie bien avec les petits déjeuners sucrés et salés. Même avec le fruit.
