Hvem opfandt transistoren?

Transistor, der betragtes som en af de vigtigste invations af 1900-tallet og lifeplood af elektroniske kredsløb, blev fundet i 1947. Holdet består af John Bardeen og Walter Brtain, headod af William Shockley i forskningslaboratorier i verdens største telefonselskab, Bell organisationer, er blevet tildelt Nobelprisen i 1956, som følge af disse nye groundaking invations i Teknologi han fortjente.

I stedet for laget germanium begyndte forskere at bruge ren renhed krystaller, som kunne modstå meget større varme intensitet.
